Week 1 EOC: Great Customer Service
When the subject of great customer service pops up there isn't of places that caught my attention here in Vegas. Yet, recently I went to a local restaurant in the Las Vegas area called "Chick n' Benny's" and experienced very well customer service. The restaurant dedicates there time and efforts and to pleasing all customers that they come in contact with. I am a "Frequent Fryer" at Chick n' Benny's". They give a lot of good deals and free food for frequent customers. I think That They Capitalized off the concept of Customer Value and Satisfaction. "The product concept holds that consumers will favor products that offer the most in quality, performance, and innovative features. Under this concept, marketing strategy focuses on making continuous product improvements." - Marketing : an introduction / Gary Armstrong, Philip Kotler. — 10th ed. pg. 12 . In this particular case "Chick n' Benny's" provides chicken and waffles in an area that is both suitable for heavy traffic flow and ideal for a restaurant. They have a drive- thru that offers consumers that on the go fast food experience. Being located just minutes away from green valley high school they have a heavy flow of kids craving there signature chicken and waffles for a afternoon snack or a hefty lunch. I believe that "Chick n' Benny's" Can become a profitable restaurant in the las vegas valley. Although they are a local up and coming business if they continue to cater to their customers as they do, more people will enjoy dining at there restaurant.
