JetBlue’s ambassador program doubled in size last year and has “made a big difference” in the brand’s strength in the young-adult segment.” –  Marketing : an introduction / Gary Armstrong, Philip Kotler. — 10th ed. pg. 16.

Along with this great innovations there are also, applications built in this new cyber world. That also scout young adults and present them to possible employers.  Websites such as Monster. , Linked, & Jobs.com just to name a few.

Candidates have been 50% more likely to apply to positions they found through Facebook than through other means, said Mr. Staney. "[Job boards] just blast it out. This is much more efficient and targeted," he said.” – Wall Street Journal, August 8th, 2011 . “Recruiters Troll Facebook for Candidates They Like” by Joe Night .
